WASHINGTON, D.C. – Two people sustained injuries Wednesday in a crash involving a Metrobus in Washington D.C.
The incident occurred just before 2:40 p.m. on Pennsylvania Avenue NW between 6th and 7th streets NW. This is just north of the National Gallery of Art.
Police haven’t shared many details regarding the circumstances of the wreck. They say that two passengers on a Metrobus were hurt when the bus struck a wall. The severity of the victims’ injuries is unclear.
There’s no word yet regarding what caused the bus to crash.
